Moving to Mallorca
When I first arrived, I decided to rent a property so that I could explore the different areas and see which region suited my lifestyle before committing to buying something. This is what I would recommend doing when you relocate here. You may prefer the historical and buzzing city of Palma, the pretty coastal fishing villages or the many stone picturesque towns that are nestled amongst the beautiful landscape. They all have something different to offer and are equally stunning in their individual way.
I decided to move to the beautiful Balearic Isle of Mallorca just a few months ago. I hadn’t been here too many times before but when I had visited, I fell in love. Being an avid hiker it was a great way to see what the island had to offer - the coastline is stunning and the mountains definitely hold a magic.
I’ve been Interior Designing for nearly 30 years and it’s taken me to different parts of the world. I’ve designed and styled Tropical homes in Thailand, bought and manufactured furnishing items in Bali, Interior Styled Yachts in Sydney, Australia and re-furbished Villas in Andalucia. I fell in love with Spain but I love Island Life so Mallorca was the perfect choice.
